Option B: Remote Closing with a Mobile Notary

  • Notify Countdown Title as soon as possible, so that arrangements for a mobile notary can be made. A certified mobile notary will meet you at a designated time/location and will assist with the execution and delivery of closing documents. Fee varies, based on type of closing and third-party notary fees.

Seller Closing Checklist:
1. One acceptable form of unexpired photo identification for all Sellers (and signing Spouses). A list of acceptable form of ID is included. SPOUSES must be present at closing even if they are not on the deed pursuant to Florida State law.
2. If you prefer your proceeds to be wired, please bring your banking information.
a. Please note: some banks have a "wire" routing number that is different than the one on the bottom of your checks. It is always a good idea to confirm wire transfer information with your banking institution.
3. Original POA, if one is being used. It must be recorded with the County post-closing.
